The main composition of Nitrided ferro silicon is Si3N4,along with free iron and no-nitride ferrosilicon. It is a high-quality new refractory material, for refractory is gray or dark brown powder, for steel making is gray granular.

Application:

1.Nitrided ferro silicon used as additive for silicon steel produce. It can make metal have good room temperature and low temperature strength, good corrosion and thermal shock resistance when it mixed in metal melt.
2.Ferrosilicon nitride can be used in large blast furnace without water cannon mud, which has the characteristics of good sintering, erosion resistance and low cost.
3.Nitrided fesi can also used in the smelting of stainless steel, special alloy steel and special refractory material.
